How do claims work?

Log in and browse the whole library — niche, geography, freshness, a signal teaser and open buyer slots are visible on every lead. Spend a claim and the company, the decision-maker, their verified email and the ready-to-send outreach unlock, pre-filled with your offer. It's yours permanently and lands in your CSV export. Claims refill every Monday (20 / 40 / 150 by plan) and can be spent on any lead in the library, not only the newest ones.

What does "max 5 buyers" actually mean?

Each lead can be claimed by at most five customers ever, then it's permanently retired. You're never the twelfth agency pitching the same founder — and you can see how many slots a lead has left before you claim it. Brand-new leads open to Scale members the day they're found, to Growth the next day, and to Starter the day after.

What if an email bounces?
